AUDIO FILES As per the ER Joining Agreement, these rates are "retroactive". View Agreement Clause.

mp3 Audio files: If you already have mp3 audio files, we will host them and link them to your Bio page:
Annual Fee: $15 per minute of audio.

Creating Audio files: If you would like us to create your audio files from your recordings, and then link them to your Bio page, these are the one-time creation fees:
$15 per minute of finished audio. NOTE: Creation fees are IN ADDITION TO Annual fees. Minimum creation fee is $30.


If you have more than one Bio page, a link will be provided on your other pages to your audio files.
Your audio files are allowed to be longer than one minute each, so please note that we round UP to the next minute. i.e. if a file is 1:16, it will be charged at the TWO-minute rate.

VIDEO FILES As per the ER Joining Agreement, these rates are "retroactive". View Agreement Clause.

Video files: If you already have encoded video files (Real, Windows, Quicktime, etc.), we will host them, and link them to your Bio page:
Annual fee: $20 per minute of video.

Creating Video files: If you would like us to encode your video files from your video footage and then link them to your Bio page, these are the one-time creation fees:

Encoding ONE FORMAT (which includes low and high bit rate, i.e. TWO files per format):
Encoding fee - $25 to encode 1 minute of video. $10 for each additional minute.
TWO FORMATS: $35 for 1 minute; $10 for each additional minute.
THREE FORMATS: $40 for 1 minute; $10 for each additional minute.


True Streaming:
For 1 minute of video or under: $15 per month, per format.
For over 1 minute, and up to 5 minutes, of video: $25 per month, per format.
NOTE: Encoding fees are IN ADDITION TO Annual fees. Minimum fees for encoding start at the 1-minute fee for each set of formats.

If you should choose to use True Streaming, these fees are also IN ADDITION TO any other encoding or Annual fees. True Streaming is an option that heightens the quality of your video, and is not a necessity.
If you have more than one Bio page, a link will be provided on these other pages to your video files on the relevant Bio page.
Audio that is associated with the video file is considered part of the video – there are no extra audio fees. The Audio fees outlined in the section above are for EXCLUSIVE audio files.

Note that we round UP to the next minute. i.e. if a file is 1:16, it will be charged at the TWO-minute rate.
